ANY GROUPS WHO EXCEED LIMITES WITHOUT PERMISISON PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL FORFIT THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT IN FULL

Deposit required to secure reservation. Deposit is no refundable in case of cancellation, but can be used for future bookings.
Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Security/Damage Deposit also required, $2500 to $3500.
